Hey y'all! It's Sunday, so that means it's time for this week's Double Vision post! Double Vision is an awesome series of posts that I do with my friend Hanna of The Wardrobe Challenge (you can read more about DV here).
Hanna recently asked me to help her get this bright blue blazer from Eloquii, so I was a good friend and ordered it and then shipped it to her. :) I didn't even remember until after the fact that I totally have the same one, too! (See, you know you shop too much when you forget you have things, lol.) Anyway, because it's a such a great piece, we decided to dedicate a DV post to it. I haven't been feeling well lately so I was a bit lazy and just popped it over a comfy sweater and leggings for a quick trip to the store.
Would you wear a bright blazer? How would you style it? (I need suggestions!)
But first, let's go see how Hanna wore hers! :)

What a lovely outfit. I would love to have a blue blazer too.

My theory, all casual outfits can be made smarter with a blazer. Add to that the bright colour of the blazer means this is a pretty awesome outfit in my opinion. :)
ReplyDeleteWell, that's a clever way to make a lazy outfit look like there's effort. Haha. Brilliant!
ReplyDeleteI love that blazer! I think I'm a bit obsessed with cobalt blue everything. It' s such a great colour. I'd wear it over dresses with the sleeves rolled up, or with a great pair of jeans, but I think you've styled it perfectly!
ReplyDeletePolka dots, leopard print, and cobalt blue? This outfit has so many of my favorite things in it! I like bright blazers with neutral tones for work, but I'll get a little funky with them on the weekend. Today I'm wearing a teal blazer with a black and white floral shirt and black pants to the office.
ReplyDeleteI got a bunch of blazers at thrift stores last year, but I've yet to wear them. I really want to now after this post. And I really want a blue blazer now too!
ReplyDeleteOoohhhhhhh! I love this outfit. I tend to stick to my red blazer, but I have a green one that needs to get out more.
